El Rollo is the largest aquatic park in Latin America, with over 70 years of history.
Online ticket sales were very complex, leading to many abandoned purchases or confusion that resulted in incorrect purchases. The website's information was unclear and lacked organization.
We designed a new purchasing experience for both the website and the mobile app, incorporating new products that require reservations, such as lodging, VIP experiences, and transportation packages. We created a site with a clearer and more organized information architecture. Additionally, we developed a classification system for attractions, based on intensity and location, to provide users with a more coherent and standardized experience across digital platforms and the park itself.
